We’re excited to announce that Zambesi Tennis Club is stepping into a more modern and convenient way of managing court bookings!
From 1 June 2026, we will officially launch our new court booking system, designed to make it easier, faster, and more flexible for members to book courts and organise games.
🚀 Why the Change?
The club is introducing the new court booking system to modernise and simplify the way courts are booked, making it far more convenient and efficient for members. The new system is easy to use, allowing bookings to be made quickly from anywhere via a phone or computer, while also offering enhanced features such as inviting other players and creating public bookings to find matches more easily. It is also more cost-effective than the current system, helping the club manage expenses better. In addition, the system includes a direct payment link integrated with the club’s Yoco platform, making it simple to handle online payments for visitor fees and other charges. Overall, this upgrade will provide a smoother, more user-friendly experience and support the continued growth and sustainability of the club.
The new system aims to:

Depending on how bookings are managed:
- Only club members can make bookings free of charge
- Club members making bookings can invite visitors or other members to play
- Visitors fee can be payed online before play
