All members of Zambesi tennis club, please take note of the upcoming Club Championships starting on the
25th of January 2020.
You will have to complete an entry form which you can download from the Zambesi tennis club webpage at www.zambesitennis.co.za/club-championship/
Take Note:
- For the Mixed Doubles draw, please choose your own partner.
- For Mens & Ladies Doubles, the club committee will allocate partners to promote a balanced competition. You just need to indicate that you want to play.
- The Veterans sections are for persons who are or will be 55 or older in 2020.
- All the Mens and Ladies Doubles matches will be completed within the first 4 weeks of the championships. (25 Jan – 15 Feb) Players needs to be available for all 4 Saturdays. No leave. This includes the Veterans matches.
- All Singles and Mixed Doubles matches will be played from the 22 Feb. – 14 March 2020. All final matches and prize giving will be on the 14th of March 2020. No leave.
- If the amount of Veteran entries are not sufficient for some draws, they might be included in the “Open” draws. A winner in each Veteran section will still be awarded.
- Entries close 20 January 2020.
- All new members are invited to join Social tennis and braai on 18 January 2020. (details of braai will be communicated in due course.)
- Please make sure that your club fees are payed up to date for 2020.
- Club fees needs to be up to date if you want to play in the club championships.
